I tried the Kill it with Kat workouts to fill in on those days that I cannot get to the gym. The workouts are incredible! I sweat more than at the gym sometimes! Kat’s pace and energy keeps you motivated even if you might be alone at home. I love the easy menu, the variety of the classes, and the fact that I can do different durations based on the time I have.
